Catching up........

We have had a great Christmas. We started off going to see Frances' little show at her school (they sang two songs- rather entertaining). On Christmas Eve we did the usual Grant Family lunch that Rusty's folks have at the Brickery so got to see all the cousins. We went to Christine's church to watch her; Bob and James play Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus. Frances screamed Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus and then as they got closer was a little confused when she saw they were Bob, Christine and James. Then off to my folks for dinner and we stayed there for the night. Then we opened gifts at the folks and then off to Rusty's Aunt's house. After lunch, to his folks for another round. We had a great break. Busy, busy.

T is now at Mt Pisgah two days a week. I warned them that high maintenance was on the way and guess what... he has been a perfect angel. His teacher said that she wished all kids were as good as he was. She said he played and danced. I mean are you kidding me. Anyway, Bizzle loves school. He has finally started to kind of show his high maintenance side (if he doesn't like the food she launches it off his plate and he doesn't want his teacher to pat his back when he is trying to sleep, rather rock his crib- nice one Thomas).

Frances is pumped that Ansley (her cousin) started at Mt Pisgah. She is not in her room because she is three months younger, but they share the same playground and will see each other at chapel as well as for an hour in the morning. I am always amazed what comes out of her mouth. She has always been able to speak pretty clearly and if you say it, she will repeat it (even if you think she didn't hear it). One day around Christmas she busted out-They will call him Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. It is pretty funny the things that come out of mouth.

Nothing much going on here. We are just trying to get this asthma stuff under control (still taking weekly visits to the doctor, but we are getting there). We are having a great time playing with the newest edition, James. Thomas is not too thrilled when Grandma is holding James, but he will have to get over it because he will need all the help he can get with these girls.

I will post some pics later. It is basketball season so off to Athens to watch the team.
