Yes, it was that time again- time to go back to work. I had a lot of fun with the kids, but it was time to head back to work. With Frances, I was itching to get back (probably because she was the easiest kid ever and I really liked what I was doing at work). Thomas is a momma's boy so we have had a lot of quality time together. He is just now getting fun.
The kids go to Grandma and Granddaddy's house. I can't tell you how much better that makes me feel to send the little fellow and I am sure you know how much that ends up saving us. I mean have you seen how much daycare costs. We have Frances in part time and it is costing an arm and a leg. If they were both in full time we would be paying a solid chunk of money (more than tuition for them at a pretty nice private school). However, we feel it will be time to send Frances to Mt. Pisgah full time in September (3 kids are a lot for mom- don't forget the 4th will be here in December).
Even though I am now back at work, I am lucky because I have a lot of vacation days still left for this year and my schedule is still pretty flexible.
Rusty was very sweet and sent flowers to work for me. I love Gerber daisies! Aren't they pretty?
