update

okay, i chatted with my neighbor and basically her 17 year old was being a stupid 17 year old with his friends. they decided to lay down a line of gas to light and then jump their bikes over.....brilliant. so they lit the match and it stopped half way so they poured more gas, you get the pic. when the flames got high they put water on it...again brilliant. at that point, one of the neighbors (who i am guessing was watching all of this)called the firemen. they were there forever because they didn't like the kids' response and so they brought in the arson specialist to scare them some more. good times.
